How can we be sure of what foods to eat for clear skin?
In recent time experts in nutrition and dermatology have confirmed the direct effect of certain foods on the health of your skin.
Foods such as processed to sugars and refined grains, which are the staple foods of a European / American diet are mostly highly glycemic and activate the acne breakouts.

The problem is that high-fat foods like white bread, French fries, hamburgers and soda pops with a fructose dose, enhance the blood sugar levels to such an extent that the pancreas is required to produce so much more insulin to keep up with the input levels of the sugar.
And in order to keep your sugar levels under control and simultaneously, the pancreas intimate the sebaceous glands to increase the production of sebum, which normally keeps the skin lubricated by removing the dead cells from the epidermis of the skin.
Sebum, when produced in excess, tends to block the hair follicles, resulting in the manifestations of acne white heads, black heads and cysts.
