What is lactic acid?

Lactic acid is used in many skin care formulations because is a great humectant and helps the skin to retain water. Other benefits include:

1. Orange + Cheese
Grate an orange and leave the peel to dry.
Add creamy cheese until the mixture is consistent.
Mix well and apply over the skin.
Leave 15 minutes & remove with warm water.
Use twice per week.
2. Oat Flour + Cottage Cheese + Tomato Juice
Mix 2 spoons of oat flour with 3 spoons of cottage cheese.
Add 1 spoon of tomato juice.
Mix well making sure the mixture is consistent.
Apply over the skin for 20 minutes.
Rinse off using lukewarm water.
Use up to 3 times per week.
3. Yogurt + Cucumber + Lemon
Mix 2 spoons of cucumber juice with 4 spoons natural yogurt.
Add 1 spoon of lemon juice and mix well.
Apply over the skin for 15 minutes.
Remove with a cloth and warm water.
Use twice per week for best results.
