1- Whole grains work magic against acne on account of their high fibber and anti-oxidant content and their ability to stabilize blood sugar and insulin shortages within the system.
However, a word of caution here; take great care when you shop at the supermarkets for whole-grain food because it has been reported that several fake grains and even pasta carry highly suspicious labels claiming to be whole-grain products, while the whole-grain percentage in them would be abysmally low.
