1 - Form an “O” with your mouth and pull down the sides of your mouth until you feel the muscles underneath your neck working. Do it in short, fast movements. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row. Ideal for strengthening the neck, for a double chin and to diminish wrinkles.

2 - Place your right hand over the neck and pull down the skin with the hand. Now, tilt your head backwards until you feel that the neck is tight and then return to the original position. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.

3 - Place your right hand over the neck. Pull down the skin and move your head slowly to the right, and then to the left. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.

4 - Lie down on your back. Raise your head and neck and in this position move your head right and left. Repeat twenty times, three times in a row.

5 - With your mouth open, try to pronounce the vowels, from ”A” to “U” without closing your mouth at any moment. Repeat ten times, three times in a row. This exercise is also beneficial for a double chin.

6 - This simple neck exercise is effective for both neck and chin. Press the tip of the tongue against the palate for a few seconds and release. Perform several times during the day.

Tip - For a double chin massage the area with wheatgerm oil every night for 10 minutes. From the middle of the chin towards the ears.

Tip - To tone up the skin around the chin apply natural melon juice mixed with natural apple juice. Let it work for 20 minutes and wash it with cold water.

7 - Do circles with the tongue with your mouth closed. Do it first in one direction and then the other. Repeat several times.

8 - Place your lower lip over the top lip and hold for a few seconds. Repeat ten times.

9 - Looking in the mirror, clench your teeth hard and force a smile. Repeat ten times.

10 - Make circles with your shoulders. First with the right side shoulder, then with the left side shoulder and finally with both sides at the same time. Repeat ten times, several times per day. Effective for the neck and shoulders.
